Personal Care Nurse Supervisor (RN)

This position supervises PC and Memory Support staff and their onboarding, training, and mentoring; plans educational programs for residents; ensures that all documentation is completed per PC regulations; and assists with overall management as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a Pennsylvania RN license with current CPR certification; a minimum of two years of experience with long-term care; a minimum of two years of supervisory experience; experience with Point Click Care; and excellent assessment skills.

Full-Time Security Officer

This position provides security services for the community as directed.

The ideal candidate will possess one year of relevant security experience, though long-term security experience is preferred; great communication skills with residents and staff; good physical condition with the ability to walk for long periods of time; and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Full-Time LPN

This position provides excellent resident care according to Plan of Care; provides safe environment for residents; and complies with all documentation and record-keeping requirements.

The ideal candidate will be Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania with a current CPR certification; have at least two years of experience in Long Term Care, Rehab, Personal Care, and Dementia Care; and possess excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and computer skills.
