Payer Process Analyst

This position ensures that intake and reimbursement processes are consistent with established policies and standard procedures; conducts analysis on random and specified claim samples and presents results and analysis to leadership; and helps improve efficiency of processes and tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree; a minimum of five years of experience in a revenue cycle position; superior knowledge of software and other systems and portals used within revenue cycle management; and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Supervisor, Inspection and Packaging

This position complies with all applicable guidance, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance operations; ensures that documentation is completed accurately, contemporaneously, and in accordance with best practices; and oversees material transfers to inspection and packaging.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of one year of experience in a leadership position; proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office; and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Patient Care Coordinator

This position effectively communicates therapy and coverage requirements from various insurance plans; gathers and articulates benefit information, clinical and financial needs, and challenges to patients; and ensures timely follow-up and accurate notation of progress for patients.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree; a minimum of two years of computer data entry or related experience; and working knowledge of home infusion, specialty infusion, dialysis, durable medical equipment, and/or nutrition therapy.
