Program Director

This position maintains consistent and highly successful delivery across all work streams; ensures that project teams are staffed with desired and complementary skill sets to meet client expectations; and manages account financials to achieve or beat project margins.

The ideal candidate will possess 12 years of overall experience in the Mobile Application space and five years of project management experience; client relationship experience with large complex customers; and experience or certification in Scrum or Scaled Agile development.

Experience Designer

This position plans, conducts, and participates in user research, such as analyzing usability lab observations and performing task analyses; conducts stakeholder and user interviews; and crafts solutions that meet user and business goals within budget, brand, time, and tech constraints.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information design, digital media, psychology, or a related discipline; detailed familiarity with current wireframing, design, and prototyping tools; and a deep and broad portfolio of work.

Content Marketing Manager

This position researches, drafts, and edits marketing content, including e-mail scripts, landing pages, and social media posts; optimizes content for search by researching and incorporating appropriate keywords; and tracking key content metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess five years of marketing experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
