SeventySix Capital to Host Conference on Future of Sports Tech, Sports Betting on June 26

SeventySix Capital – the Conshohocken-based venture capital firm led by Wayne Kimmel, Jon Powell, and former Phillies All-Star Ryan Howard – has announced a half-day conference, “The Future of Sports Tech and Sports Betting Conference,” to be held on Tuesday, June 26 from 8:30-11:30 AM at The Prince Theater in Philadelphia.

Speakers will discuss the latest innovations in sports tech, including e-sports, sports betting, IoT, robotics, AR and VR, media, retail, broadcasting, health tech, analytics, AI, and blockchain.

The SeventySix Capital team is putting out a call to connect with startup entrepreneurs who are building “the Google, Amazon, and Facebook” of the Sports Tech and Sports Betting industries.

The event will kick off with a panel discussing the future of sports tech, featuring:

  • Ryan Howard, Partner at SeventySix Capital
  • Dave Maryles, Co-Founder and Partner at Rubicon Talent
  • Rob Hilsky, Co-Founder of N3rd Street Gamers
  • Adam Caplan, SiriusXM NFL Radio Host
  • Jeff Kunowski, Associate Director of Innovation Programs at the Global Sport Institute at Arizona State University

Kenneth L. Shropshire, CEO of the Global Sport Institute at Arizona State University, will moderate the discussion.

The second panel will dive into the sports betting industry and sports analytics with:
