Consultant, Sales Quality Coach

This position consults and partners with management to deliver training and instruction to inbound sales representatives; provides guidance and coaching during the transition from inbound sales to internal wholesale; and reviews inbound sales calls to assure quality.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three to five years of experience in financial services sales related to the responsibilities of the role; and FINRA Series 6, 63, and Resident State Life & Health licensure.
