
Advertising Traffic & Production Product Coordinator
This position manages all aspects of client campaigns, post-contract, while meeting deadlines and managing client expectations and tracking the program from start to finish. He/she is accountable for handling and executing multiple projects at once, while ensuring that time-sensitive deadlines are met throughout. The position also coordinates program details with vendors to ensure successful activation.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and one to two years of project management experience. Out-of-home, print production, or events experience preferred, but not required. He/she will have exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop is a plus.
