This position answers technical service, contractual, alarm, and data entry inquiries; works closely with technicians on troubleshooting signals and technical issues; and promotes customer awareness of services and products that will enhance their experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; one to three years of customer-facing work experience; one to two years of security industry experience; and technical support experience or related technical troubleshooting experience.

Collections Representative – MAC

This position handles a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department and processes customer refunds; reviews account adjustments; and resolves client discrepancies and short payments.
