This position provides community support for patients within their respective primary care offices; coordinates services to address health and social needs of patients; and assists in care-plan execution and the development of care-management strategies.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a certificate from a medical assistant program; experience in the community or outpatient setting; and the ability to accurately type and use a variety of common software programs.

Data Analyst

This position builds models and analyzes data from disparate sources to determine feasibilities and enterprise impacts; presents and explains data using data visualization tools; and builds models that capture a wide range of healthcare inputs.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or master’s degree in finance or health information; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; and a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare acquisitions, business development, or financial management in a healthcare organization.

A/R Representative

This position accurately submits clean claims to appropriate payers and completes all necessary follow-up procedures, including rebilling, denial resolution, escalation of payer issues, completion of work queues, and preparing accounts receivable reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10; Medicare FISS experience; and excellent communication skills.
