Privacy Analyst

This position assists with the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the AmeriHealth Caritas Privacy Program; helps mitigate risks and sanctions; and researches contracts and regulations to support the Privacy Program

This position will possess a bachelor’s degree, though a J.D. is preferred; one to three years of healthcare insurance experience, preferably in a Managed Care environment; and familiarity with HIPAA and Privacy Laws related to government programs.

Manager, Credentialing

This position maintains compliance with all federal regulations, state regulations, NCQA standards, and managed care criteria related to credentialing of practitioners, organizational providers, LTSS providers, and provider delegation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; experience in credentialing/re-credentialing, delegation oversight, NCQA, and managed care; and prior staff management experience.

Configuration Auditor Analyst

This position audits and analyzes all facets of configuration changes completed by configuration analysts; documents all issues identified in the audit process; and validates production to ensure that the case migrates appropriately.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; one to three years of advanced level claims and auditing experience; three to five years of system configuration and Microsoft Access experience; and knowledge of the facets claim processing.
