Hospice Liaison

This position supports the growth of the Crozer-Keystone Health System hospice and the development of appropriate referrals, assists in transitioning individuals into hospice care, and assesses and coordinates hospice admissions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing; a minimum of five years of nursing experience; two years of hospice experience; and excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Sterile Processing Tech

This position decontaminates, processes, and dispenses medical equipment and sterile supplies according to prescribed procedures and techniques in the OR, SPD, GI Lab, and Traction Room departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of related experience, and Central Service Certification through IAHCSMM.

Clinical Educator

This position provides programs of orientation, in-service, and continuing education for nursing personnel within specific departments, and designs and implements programs to meet the learning needs of patients and their significant others.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, current Pennsylvania Professional Nursing licensure, management experience, and three years of relevant clinical experience.
