This position coordinates and delivers training for all on-shift emergency response team members, trains all refinery employees on general safety regulations, and ensures observance and compliance with applicable state, local, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, though some college is preferred, EMT certification in Pennsylvania or a reciprocal state, and strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of emergency management.
