Located in Swarthmore, CADES provides educational and disability services for children and adults through five core programs: an early intervention program, a special education school, an adult day program, a residential program, and a transportation program.
Program Manager – Adult Day Program
This position oversees the implementation of program planning; develops active programming; supervises the Lead DSP and DSP; and ensures that programs meet programmatic, healthcare, supervision, and dietary needs of individuals.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree with two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, and knowledge of PA Department of Public Welfare 2380 and Chapter 11 Regulations.

This position prepares annual and start-up program budgets, prepares the projected income statement for current fiscal year, ensures that purchase orders have been authorized, and calculates and prepares periodic journal entries.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, a minimum of two years of experience in public accounting or company management reporting, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.

This position manages the procurement process, work order system for agency facilities and outside maintenance vendors, transportation fleet, and facilities data, and ensures compliance with safety monitoring systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of one year of experience managing a multi-site facility; current Act 34, 151, and 114 clearances; and effective communication skills.
