Radnor-based SeventySix Capital – a leading venture capital firm investing in game-changing companies in the e-commerce, retail, sports, media, and healthcare industries – has announced that Whistle Sports Network Executive Vice President Brian Selander will be joining it as an Entrepreneur in Residence.

Selander joined Whistle Sports as its first Executive Vice President in 2012. SeventySix Capital made its first investment in the company in 2013. Whistle Sports’ investors and equity holders include NBC Sports, SKY, TEGNA (formerly Gannett), Liberty Global, and Emil Capital.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, Selander will be responsible for helping drive the vision and growth of SeventySix Capital, working with existing portfolio companies on their needs, connecting the firm to new investment opportunities, supporting due diligence on deals in flight, serving as a brand representative in public settings, and helping the firm stay ahead of emerging developments across industries.
