Founded and sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia, Neumann University is a private, Catholic, co-educational institution located in Aston. Manager of User Services

This position manages and directs all activities in support of user services to faculty, staff, and students. He/she coordinates the rollout of new computers, trains technical support specialists for PC and Helpdesk support, and manages day-to-day oversight of all user services activities. The person supervises staffing and supports needs associated with semester starts, including web access to registration, grades, and other web-based student services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and staff management experience. He/she will have a strong desktop technical background and experience with cellular and desktop phone technologies. The person will have experience with multiple versions of Windows, as well as patch and imaging technologies.

Senior Accountant

This position is responsible for the general ledger through trial balance processing of all accounting entries/activities and fund accounting. He/she is responsible for reconciliation, analysis and reporting of cash and investments, interactions with banks and investment advisors, and reconciliation of daily cash receipt reports to the general ledger. The person provides general assistance with the auditing process.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent. He/she will have three to five years of work experience. The person will have good customer service skills.

Information Assistant

This position provides direct administrative support for the alumni online community and assists with alumni and parent event records and reports, including attendance listings. He/she provides event support, including logistical arrangements, supplies, marketing materials, and on-site event support. The person maintains proper departmental documentation of office procedures, including online communities, Datatel, and office functions.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have training and/or experience in alumni relations, marketing, event management, and/or database management. The person will be proficient in PCs, the internet, and Microsoft Office.
