Financial Advisor

This position enhances member relationships through the sale of investment and insurance products, and provides financial education to all members. He/she conducts non-deposit investment and insurance sales within a defined marketing territory, while improving company profitability through investment and insurance sales. The person sells effectively by establishing relationships with customers, finding their needs, and then offering appropriate solutions in a compelling way.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent job experience. He/she must possess valid NASD and State Insurance licensing certifications, and Certified Financial Planner designation is preferred. The person will have a minimum of five years of experience related to financial planning/sales.

Commercial Lending Specialist

This position coordinates business-lending activities, and acts as liaison among credit union associates, business members, and third parties on related issues. He/she handles a wide range of credit and administrative tasks associated with business loan origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing. The person coordinates the loan application process and the commercial loan pipeline.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or finance. He/she will have two to four years of commercial credit processing and account management experience or the equivalent. The person will have solid experience in the analysis of personal and business financial statements.

Senior Credit Counselor

This position performs member outreach to resolve past due loans, maintaining member goodwill whenever possible, while protecting the company’s collateral position, controlling TDR impact, and protecting the interest of the overall credit union membership. He/she resolves delinquencies, assesses risk, and mitigates loss wherever possible on products including mortgages, auto loans, lines of credit, personal loans, small business loans, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of collections experience. A financial institution background is strongly preferred.
