Radnor-Based Main Line Health Appoints New Members to Board of Governors

Main-Line-Health-LogoMain Line Health, the not-for-profit health system based in Radnor that covers several acute care hospitals in the area, has appointed three new members to its Board of Governors, including Cynthia DeFidelto from Newtown Square and John L. Walsh from Wayne.

DeFidelto, who retired from Towers Watson after 25 years, brings expertise in organizational restructuring across a number of corporate services. At Towers, she specialized in defining global HR strategy, operations, and technology for major clients including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Unilever, and Universal Health Services.

Walsh is currently serving as president and CEO of UGI Corporation, as well as Chairman of AmeriGas Propane and Vice Chairman of UGI Utilities. He previously served as President and COO for UGI Corporation, and has spent 19 years with BOC Group, where he served as Vice President of Special Gases and other senior management positions.
