The Crozer-Keystone Health System was established in 1990 by the merger of Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland and Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill. Today, the health system also comprises three other hospitals: Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, Springfield Hospital, and Community Hospital in Chester. With more than 1,000 physicians and 6,000 total employees, Crozer-Keystone is the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County.

Customer Service Representative

This position assists the department in maintaining a strong patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of the highest quality of care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial and operational targets. He/she manages and handles patient calls and inquires, coordinates patient appointments, updates patient information, and more. The person serves customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and providing feedback.

The ideal candidate must have great customer service skills. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Office Coordinator

This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned practice and ensures smooth operations. He/she ensures the accuracy of the billing data and performs daily reviews of physician scheduling. The person communicates with the medical director and practice physicians on all hospital policies. He/she reviews accounts receivable reports for the assigned practice on a monthly basis and generates reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar capacity.

Practice Manager

This position oversees the day-to-day operations of a large practice that operates in multiple locations. He/she reviews accounts receivable reports for the practice on a monthly basis, identifies any accounts that are outside of acceptable benchmarks, researches the items, and makes appropriate recommendations for action and follow up. The person ensures smooth operation of the practice while promoting the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Experience with medical staff and insurance credentialing is highly preferred. He/she will have a thorough understanding of medical office procedures and a basic understanding of general accounting and billing principles.
