Health and Benefits Local Practice Leader
This position delivers innovative and effective solutions as part of Aon’s Health & Benefits Consulting business group. He/she has senior level consulting and operational level of responsibility with accountability for managing a major business unit and a significant volume of clients and revenue both in the mid and large market sectors in the Philadelphia market. He/she is expected to lead the office to 5-10 percent annual growth in total book of Health and Benefits business.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, the appropriate life and health insurance licensures, and more than 15 years of health and benefit consulting and/or leadership experience. He/she will have expertise that is widely recognized by colleagues regionally, as well as nationally, and clients that, in most instances, span multiple lines of service. The person will have outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a drive to promote business growth and innovation.

Retirement Partner
This position is responsible for the overall relationship with, and services delivered to, significant clients. He/she serves as the point of contact for Mid-Atlantic retirement and investment sales and organizes local teams and account executives to build and execute business plans. The person develops high-performing teams through continuous learning, honest feedback, rigorous talent management, and active mentoring. He/she will be responsible for business development and market growth within assigned practices and markets.
The ideal candidate has an exceptional track record in client retention and/or measurably high levels of client satisfaction around delivering high quality, high impact solutions, and results. He/she will be able to effectively manage and embrace change while still meeting business results and continually engaging the team. He/she will be able to engage clients in strategic conversation, develop opportunities for other Aon consultants, and contribute to cross-practice sales.
