The Crozer-Keystone Health System was established in 1990 by the merger of Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland and Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill. Today, the health system also comprises three other hospitals: Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, Springfield Hospital, and Community Hospital in Chester. With more than 1,000 physicians and 6,000 total employees, Crozer-Keystone is the largest employer and healthcare provider in Delaware County.

Coder, Professional Fee

This position codes inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory services documented in the medial record. He/she maintains a high level of productivity with at least a 95 percent accuracy rate. The person works closely with departments to optimize reimbursement, and ensure charge capture, reconciliation, and feedback to providers.

The ideal candidate will have two years of professional fee coding and auditing experience in a multi-specialty environment, preferably a hospital or large group practice. The person will have in-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, coding classification systems, and regulatory agency requirements.

Medical Assistant – Urgent Care Center

This person assists in providing medical care for urgent care patients. He/she participates in triage, answering phones, taking medical histories, performing lab work, inventorying medical supplies, and other tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a medical assistant degree, and will preferably be certified. The person will work independently to ensure the highest quality patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

Managed Care Analyst

This position designs and implements data management procedures and databases that support transforming data into actionable information to support revenue recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, healthcare administration, or statistics analytics. He/she will have at least three to five years of experience with hospital/physician payer claims and/or contracting at a manager or above level. The person must have extensive experience in collections/revenue recovery.
