Collections Administrative Specialist

This position processes all writs of execution and bankruptcy filings following all regulatory guidelines. He/she works independently to manage timing and action plans for completing act letters, repo packets, loan work out, as well as preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents. The person processes Month End imports, data entry, and report compilation, and prepares all files for legal placement, deciding best course of action for placement of file (e.g. District Court, Common Pleas) to maximize recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of one to two years of related experience. He/she should have excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. The person should also be proficient in all Microsoft applications.

Member Relationship Advisor

This position contributes to the generation of new business and provides ongoing relationship servicing with current members. He/she cross-sells credit union products and services to assist members in meeting their financial needs. The person is responsible for a basic understanding of all credit union products and services with the ability to identify and offer additional referral opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and the demonstrated ability to succeed in a retail environment. He/she will have the proven ability to develop relationships with members to build trust and ensure fulfillment of members’ needs. The person must pick up on technical things quickly.

Mortgage Consultant

This position will provide consulting services regarding mortgage financing. He/she will provide prequalification, preapproval, and application services, and will schedule, coordinate, and provide Mortgage Seminar days with clients. The person will provide marketing assistance to clients, and promote web-based application services available 24/7.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree or have four years of related financial services experience.
