Employees at Ampro Sports in Clifton Heights worked overnight to ensure that Philadelphia Eagles championship gear would be available the morning after the team’s Super Bowl victory, writes Colin Ainsworth for the Daily Times.

“Our production team was amazing … they crushed it,” said Ampro CEO Stephanie Shea. “I’m sure a lot of our people wanted to go out and celebrate, but they were so devoted to get these shirts printed.”

The firm was given the green light to start production by Fanatics, the NFL-licensed merchandise company, as the clock ran out on the New England Patriots’ final drive. The game ended around 10:15 PM, and production was in full swing 45 minutes later.

Sixty workers were on hand to ensure that more than 30,000 shirts were ready for the 4, 6, and 9 AM pickup times.

“We were able to work through the excitement and adrenaline,” said Shea.

The work shift was accompanied with Eagles fight songs and chants to stave off fatigue in the early-morning hours.

Ampro is expecting to see more orders arrive throughout the week with several million shirts being rushed to the Philadelphia area for printing.
