2 New Tenants Arriving at Lawrence Park Shopping Center

The owner of the Lawrence Shopping Center has announced two more tenants will open shop at the Broomall site.
J. Crew Factory, an outlet of the J. Crew clothing retailer, will occupy a 4,150-square-foot location and is set to open in the fall of 2023.
Honeygrow, a fast-casual restaurant, will take up a 1,999-square-foot location and is expected to open in the winter of 2023, it was announced by shopping center owner Federal Realty Investment Trust.
Honeygrow announced back in November 2022 that it was opening a Broomall location as part of a dozen new stores in the Philadelphia region and Maryland.
Honeygrow’s menu features five year-round stir-fries, six salads, and a signature honey bar dessert.
Other recent Lawrence Park Shopping Center tenants include PJ Whelihan’s Pub restaurant which officially opened on Nov. 28, 2022, and Crumbl Cookies which opened next door on Jan. 13, 2023.
The Lawrence Park Shopping Center has been undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation that includes new tenants, and streetscape upgrades.
Federal Realty has been reinvesting in the greater Philadelphia area for the past 10 years, focusing on areas where retail demand exceeds supply.
Its shopping center renovations include adding outdoor dining and lounge seating at existing eateries and creating pedestrian-friendly walkways or trails.
