This position promotes and maintains all steps of the Harrah’s Customer Service program; enters relevant employee information, including personal data, into corporate HRIS; and administers all aspects of the employee benefits program, including enrollment and verification of eligibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of related experience; the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; and knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Restaurant Supervisor

This position acts as a role model and coach while developing employees; helps review departmental procedures to improve and streamline department operations; uses EOS data to improve the workplace; and ensures that food is prepared and served according to applicable standards.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and basic knowledge of all phases of restaurant management; strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office products; and the ability to obtain a non-gaming license from the PA Gaming Control Board.

Supervisor, Beverage Operations

This position ensures that team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their performance expectations; embraces, models, and implements all elements of the customer service program; and ensures prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to each guest.
