Seven in Delaware County rank among the Top 50 Best Places to Live in Greater Philadelphia in 2019, writes Clara Lefton for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Recently published by Niche.com, the rankings take an objective and comprehensive look at neighborhoods, cities, and towns. The website based its analysis on key factors such as the quality of local schools, crime rates, and housing trends.

Swarthmore checked in at No. 5 among the Best Places to Live in Greater Philadelphia.

Upper Providence Township ranked 12th, while Radnor Township placed 15th.

Nether Providence Township was No. 20, and Chadds Ford Township No. 28.

Also among the Top 50 Best Places to Live in Greater Philadelphia was Haverford Township (No. 32) and Media (No. 39).
