This position institutes appropriate nursing intervention required to stabilize a resident’s condition; makes daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status; responds to resident and family concerns; and coordinates admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.

The ideal candidate will possess an LPN license and experience in long-term care of geriatric patients; two to four years of related experience; current CPR certification and other specialty certifications; and good problem-solving and math skills.

This position reports any changes to the nurse or designated charge person; observes residents while they take medication; assists residents with showers and baths; assures the cleanliness and dignity of each resident.

Dietary Aides (Glen Mills)

These positions prepare and/or pre-portion food (such as beverages, salads, desserts, and other items assigned by the supervisor) for regular and therapeutic diets, according to the planned menu and production sheets and as directed; and handles food using proper food handling and food safety techniques, according to established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action; be able to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions; and communicate effectively.

Business Office Manager (Cherry Hill, N.J.)

This position oversees the functions of the community business office and performs office support duties for the executive director; maximizes cash flow through efficient billing and collection processes; and oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, resident funds, and cash receipts.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of bookkeeping and administrative experience; working knowledge of financial statements and automated financial software; and knowledge of accounting procedures to maintain petty cash, resident fund, payroll, and receivables.
