Assistant Registrar

This position coordinates the master schedule for all courses every semester, evaluates classrooms for necessary repairs and equipment, and oversees the implementation of a regular inventory of forms and supplies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though a master’s degree is preferred, two to three years of experience with mainframe and personal computers, and experience in a registrar’s, financial aid, admissions or other office of higher education.

Reference and Instruction Librarian

This position provides in-person and virtual reference and research assistance to library users, delivers library instruction in-person and virtually, and prepares, maintains, and updates course guides and other information literacy materials.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in library science from an ALA-accredited institution, experience with automated library systems, and teaching and supervisory experience.

Budget and Financial Analyst

This position assists with the management and evaluation of the university’s budget and multi-year financial plan, assists in the administration, preparing, reviewing, projecting, and allocating budget requests and allocations, and provides budget management and development support.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, and five years of experience in an accounting environment, preferably in higher education.
